Learn to breathe in the right way through yoga
Breathe in through the nose. Breathe out through the nose.
Find what feels like a balanced sense of normal, as you breathe in and out with a steady flow. Try to keep inhalation and exhalation even in length, initially. Extend the exhalation, when possible.
Allow your mind to relax and focus only on breath for the moment. As thoughts arise, it is okay to acknowledge them. Make a mental note, and set them aside, as you refocus only on breath. In and out.
Breathe low into the abdomen, allowing it to fill as you continue to expand the upper chest and back. Release the breath with a steady evenness, and completely, as you exhale to emptiness.
